My husband and I are perfectionists...maybe a little OCD! Bruce has cleaned our fabric couches and carpet twice and each time they have come up like brand new. He is an absolute perfectionist and really cares about what he does and you can really see that in the results. Just last week, my dog was sick on my carpet and I called Bruce, unsure what to do, and he was at my house within 3 hours and spot cleaned the affected area...how good is that customer service?! We could not have had a better experience. Bruce arrived exactly on time and was extremely thorough with his cleaning, getting down the sides/back of the couch and in between any joints. Bruce didn't leave until all of the odour and discolouration had been removed, he explained what he'd done before leaving, and he gave us some tips on future maintenance. An easy 5/5 stars.
